The other reason I'm a bit skeptical is the developer. ![]() The pledge to deliver "years" of entertainment was enough to set off alarm bells for me. However, there's often a huge gap between what a game sounds like on paper and what it's actually like. We've seen glimpses of this universe in Space Marine and Dawn of War 2 but a free-roaming game would allow for a much deeper dive into the setting. I love open-world RPGs and the war-torn universe of Warhammer 40K sounds like a great setting for one. On top of all that, the subtitle after Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor suggests to me that they've got multiple games planned. ![]()
